Note: The load is completely local/client side, there is no server component to this page aside from serving it statically (from realazthat.github.io/chatgpt2graph, static page code can be found at github.com/realazthat/chatgpt2graph/tree/gh-pages, and the source code at github.com/realazthat/chatgpt2graph). The loaded history is not uploaded anywhere. You can alternatively choose to download the page and run it offline, by saving this page and loading it in a browser.
